Web Slings – BS EN 1492-1:2000
We manufacture webbing slings from 100% heavy duty high tenacity polyester webbing and we are able to produce each sling with the following specifications (dependent on requirements)
- 25mm up to 600mm widths
- 250kg up to 40’000kg
- Colour coded according to tonnage and to the relevant standard
- We recommend wear sleeves where sharp edges occur Colour coded according to tonnage
- Factor of Safety 7-1
- The maximum Elongation permitted is only 3% at WLL Temp. Range: -40C to + 100C
- Polyester can deal with weaker acids and oil and grease.
- Individual serial number is printed on a blue label along with length, swl, mode factors.
- UV-resistant, helps prolong the life of the webbing
- Conform to “Machine Directive 2006/42/EEC,”

- High structural rigidity – textile sleeve, single or double-sided Polyurethane coating.
- High resistance to abrasion – Abrasion 60mg (DIN 53 516).
- Extremely cut resistant – Good protection against cuts is ensured from 5mm coating thickness. Polyurethane Elastomer approx. 80 Shore A
- Very good elasticity – 450% stretch capacity (DIN 53 504)

Our wear sleeves are manufactured from durable polyester. The sleeve can be moved into position to protect the sling from abrasion and cutting which will help to extend the life of the sling, and reduce the risk of cutting the sling over sharp edges.PRODUCT FEATURES

- Hooks, master links and auxiliary links manufactured from quenched and tempered alloy steel.
- Roundslings are attached via auxiliary links. All Round slings are fitted with protective sleeving and anti-abrasion or anti- cutting protection can also be specified as required.
